MATCH® Italian Sausage
Ingredients: Water, Texturized Vegetable Protein (Soy Protein Concentrate, Caramel Color), Canola Oil, Wheat Gluten, Natural Flavors, Modified Vegetable Gum, Isolated Soy Protein, Dextrose, Caramel Color, Carrageenan, Locust Bean Gum, Beet Powder, Salt and Spices. CONTAINS SOY AND WHEAT. MATCH® is a plant protein product with no animal ingredients.

Preparation:
Thaw but keep cold. Form into meatballs, if desired, or brown as bulk sausage in a non-stick skillet and proceed with your recipe. We like it as meatballs, in bolognese, on pizzas (can be added raw), lasagna, stuffed peppers and in frittatas. You can add additional seasonings if desired. If you don’t need a full pound, MATCH® can be re-frozen.
