MATCH® Ground Pork
Ingredients: Water, Texturized Soy Protein, Wheat Protein, Canola Oil, Natural Flavors, Modified Vegetable Gum. CONTAINS SOY AND WHEAT. MATCH® is a plant protein product with no animal ingredients.

Preparation:
Thaw but keep cold. Form into medallions, cutlets or tenderloins using seasoning as desired. Cook on a non-stick surface or grill, and avoid overcooking (160 degrees F for best texture). For BBQ, heat (or grill) through, shred or pull, and finish with your favorite sauce. If you don’t need a full pound, MATCH® can be re-frozen.
