MATCH® Ground Chicken
Ingredients: Water, Texturized Soy Protein, Wheat Protein, Canola Oil, Natural Flavors, Less than 2% of the Following: Modified Vegetable Gum. CONTAINS SOY AND WHEAT. MATCH® is a plant protein product with no animal ingredients.
Preparation:
Thaw but keep cold. Before cooking, form into breast shapes, cutlets, nuggets or patties (breaded or unbreaded). Or, you can heat (or microwave) through, then dice, julienne, cube, etc., and proceed with your recipe. MATCH® is perfect on the grill. Because MATCH® has no saturated fat, use a non-stick surface or grill, and avoid overcooking (160 degrees F for best texture). If you don’t need a full pound, MATCH® can be re-frozen.
