Ingredients: Water, Texturized Vegetable Protein (Soy Protein Concentrate, Caramel Color), Canola Oil, Wheat Gluten, Natural Flavors, Modified Vegetable Gum, Isolated Soy Protein, Dextrose, Caramel Color, Carrageenan, Locust Bean Gum, Beet Powder, Salt and Spices. CONTAINS SOY AND WHEAT. MATCH® is a plant protein product with no animal ingredients.

Preparation:
Thaw but keep cold. Form into burgers or season for meatballs, meatloaves, etc., or simply season and brown in a non-stick skillet for your recipes. Burgers can be seasoned, stuffed, or brushed with sauce, broiled, grilled, or pan-fried. Avoid overcooking (160 degrees F for best texture). If you don’t need a full pound, MATCH® can be re-frozen.
